About Wade Boyette, J.D., LLM:
Wade Boyette is a founding partner of BCN Law Firm. Born in Estill, South Carolina, he graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Accounting, Mercer University with a J.D. Degree, and the University of Florida with a Master’s Degree in Taxation. Prior to moving to Lake County, Wade practiced tax accounting in the “big six” accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand in Jacksonville.
Since arriving in Lake County in 1994, he has seen the community experience unprecedented growth , and was responsible for organizing many of the local businesses. Since then, he has made his mark with a strong transactional law practice.
The firm’s practice areas are broad in scope and include real estate, foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, personal injury, family law, environmental law and disability. Along with his partners and team, Wade has helped organize many of the region’s businesses, building lifelong relationships as well as a sense of community. He enjoys giving back to the community through his philanthropic work with not-for-profit agencies. He is an active member of The Florida Bar, the Lake County Bar Association, and is a member of The Georgia Bar Association.
